Admissions Open — 2027‑28

We are pleased to announce that online registration for Pre-KG and LKG classes for the academic year 2027‑28 is now open. Please visit www.devamatha.com for full registration details.

Eligibility

Pre-KG: child turns 3 years by 31 May 2027 onwards.
LKG: child turns 4 years by 31 May 2027 onwards.

Keep Ready Before You Apply

Scanned copy of the child's birth certificate (clear, in PDF or image format).
Recent passport-size photograph of the child (in JPG or PNG format).
Having these ready on your device will let you complete and submit the admission form without delay after payment.

Admission Process

1Check your child's eligibility using the form on the left.
2If eligible, enter your email address and request the OTP.
3Verify the OTP to log in to your admission account.
4Pay the online registration fee.
5After successful payment, fill out the admission form — including uploading your child's birth certificate and photograph — and print a copy.
6Your interaction/interview date & time will be sent to your registered email.
7Attend the interaction with your child on the scheduled date.
8If selected, you will receive a confirmation email.
9Pay the admission fee online or at the school office.
10Admission completed — welcome to Devamatha!

Parent Login

Enter your email to receive a verification code, then start or continue your child's KG / LKG admission form.

Email address

If you have more than one child applying, you may use the same email address for children applying to different classes — for example, one child for LKG and another for Pre-KG. However, if two or more children are applying for the same class — for example, two children for LKG or two children for Pre-KG — please register each child separately using a different email address for each login.

Your parent login stays active throughout the admission process. Log back in anytime to view your interview schedule, check whether your child has been selected, and pay online when the time comes.

Please keep a scanned copy of your child's birth certificate and a recent photograph ready on your device before you begin — these will need to be uploaded while filling out the admission form after payment.
