Devamatha CMI Public School, Thrissur, observed International Yoga Day on 19 June 2026 at the school quadrangle. The programme promoted physical fitness, mental well-being, and healthy living among students and staff.

The event was inaugurated by Sri. Suresh Kumar Plavada, Yoga Master and Founder of Marampilly Vihara Yoga Vidyapeetham. Students participated in yoga demonstrations, breathing exercises, and meditation sessions under expert guidance. The celebration highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for overall wellness.
